What it has to offer

This stunning 19th-century A-listed castle showcases the elegance of Victorian architecture with its distinctive turrets and towers. Spread across four floors, the castle boasts 16 luxurious bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and 4 spacious reception rooms, offering plenty of room for both relaxation and celebration.

Set on 134 acres of picturesque land, the estate features rugged grazing pastures, enchanting woodlands, and 850 metres of private loch frontage, perfect for peaceful walks or water activities. The formal gardens include beautifully maintained walled gardens, a tranquil ornamental pond with aquatic plants, winding pathways, and an elevated terrace offering breathtaking coastal views — the perfect setting to unwind and take in the scenery.

The Grounds of Castle

The castle is complemented by a collection of unique and charming outbuildings, each adding to the estate’s grandeur and versatility:

  • The Gate Lodge: A quaint, welcoming entrance to the castle grounds, offering both character and privacy.

  • The Coach House: A historic space with plenty of potential, ideal for events or simply as an extension of the estate’s charm.

  • The Boathouse: Situated along the loch’s edge, perfect for storing boats or enjoying the peaceful waterfront setting.

Additionally, the estate boasts two private islands—Risga Island and Eilean an Feidh Island—which add a magical element to this exceptional property. These islands offer a true sense of seclusion, with breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape and loch, making the castle setting even more extraordinary.
